There are many advantages of hauling freight for Gold Rush Express; we advance up to 40% on each load and we can terminal pay at no additional charge. Our latest payable is 14 days, so even if you are from out of state and can not take advantage of our terminal pay option you will still receive payment within 14 days, not including mail time. Your drivers can reach our dispatch 24 hours a day. You will find that we have awesome credit and we always take care of our carriers.
Our expectations of our carriers are simple, they are as follows:
- Prior to hauling freight for Gold Rush Express we must have a current insurance certificate, a copy of the carrier’s authority, a W-9 and our signed broker-carrier contract.
- Drivers MUST call for dispatch, when they are loaded with their paperwork and when they are delivered. Drivers also must check call with our dispatch department daily while in route.
- If there any problems with meeting deliveries, shortages or damages Gold Rush Express must be notified immediately.
We have high expectations of our carriers but we do realize that no one is perfect. Problems do arise, however communication is the key and we must be kept in the know in order to service our customers as we promise.
